- Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
- Ensure all wedding party personal floral is distributed
- Ensure all vendors receive final payments & gratuities
- Set up of personal items (programs, unity item, seating card, etc.)
- Cue wedding party for procession
- Ensure timing is kept
- Dismiss tables for dinner
- Packing personal items after wedding & secure in appropriate places
